The Ideal candidate must have:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
A master's degree and professional certification in a relevant field
Relevant professional qualifications/certifications
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role and preferably within the financial services sector
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and risk management
Extensive experience implementing and maintaining treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Proven ability to evaluate and manage financial risk exposure, including interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and credit risk
