Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships
Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and drive the direction of the project
Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets
Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence
Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each
Track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics
Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity
Provide overall technical leadership and direction to the organization and the technology team, encouraging controlled innovation and improvement in the technology and data systems, processes, and ways of working.
You will be required to drive the technology component of CIP’s Platform Strategy, providing direct guidance and driving the onboarding of the right team, tools, and techniques for the technology function.
Drive change in the organization in embedding Agile and Lean techniques that work across the whole organization
Contribute to the leadership of actively working with other senior managers and Directors on strategy development, performance management, delivering what we say we will, role-modelling, and championing our values and behaviours both internally and externally.
Participate in one or more leadership boards as required, and keep yourself informed about wider developments internally and externally.

Job Requirements
Must have 8+ years of technical experience and business management experience
In-depth knowledge of Solution Architecture, design and development, certification in Solution Architect is essential for this role.
Significant knowledge of infrastructure planning and DevOps is also mandatory
Hands-on experience with complex project management and Ability to estimate work for the project team
Must have functioned in a similar role in a technology-led organization, or a similar startup.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
