Key Responsibilities:

Client & Technical Solutions:

• Act as lead technical liaison with clients, translating needs into practical energy solutions.
• Develop technical proposals, pricing input, and site optimization strategies.
• Deliver technical presentations and maintain strong client relationships.

Project Deployment & Support:

• Oversee site readiness, energy audits, and grid integration plans.
• Lead deployment and troubleshooting of CNG and hybrid power systems.
• Train field engineers on systems and safety standards.

Team Leadership & SOP Management:

• Manage and mentor technical and field teams, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for installations, battery handling, and site operations.
• Approve procurement and installation readiness checklists.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Generate and review weekly technical reports and maintenance logs.
• Maintain accurate records of field issues, resolutions, and preventive actions.
• Present complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

• BSc/B.Eng in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 5–7 years' experience in power systems, CNG, or telco energy infrastructure.
• Proven track record in technical leadership and client engagement.
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Comfortable managing teams and presenting technical findings clearly.
