As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for developing and leading end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution while driving operational efficiency and cost optimization across the business.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute supply chain strategies that optimize procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations
Lead cross-functional supply chain teams to ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and timely delivery across the value chain
Establish strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to improve service levels and reduce operational costs
Monitor supply chain performance, identify risks and process improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and profitability
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and inventory control standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is mandatory
Minimum of 15 years of progressive supply chain experience within the FMCG sector, with proven leadership experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations
Professional certification such as CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, APICS, or equivalent is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, ERP systems, and supply chain optimization
Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
