Head of School (Secondary) at Progress Schools

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities are not limited to the following:

• Provide strategic leadership in managing resources and budgets.
• Oversee the operations and all services for the students, staff, and families at the school.
• Work closely with and foster a positive and effective relationship with staff, families and the community.
• Plan, organized and directed a variety of programs, projects and activities related to special education and support programs including skill acquisitions.
• Assure that all students receive their services.
• Coordinate and supervise all staff.
• Coordinate students' assessments
• Maintain a safe and conducive learning and teaching environment.

Requirements

• B.A., B.Ed, B.Sc, H.N.D or TRCN Certification with PGD will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years teaching experience and at least 5 years in Senior Management position such as Principal or Head of School.

• Proven track record of managing change and raising standards
• A figure of professional authority able to command the respect of students, staff and parents.
• Totally committed individual with great interpersonal and excellent public speaking skills.
