The Head of School is the chief executive and educational leader of the institution, responsible for delivering academic excellence, operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and a strong school culture. The role oversees all aspects of school performance, aligned with the standards of the British National Curriculum, Cambridge International Curriculum and the National Curriculum where required.
The Head of School plays a critical role in shaping the future of the institution. The ideal candidate must combine academic leadership with strong business acumen and the ability to build a high-performing school ecosystem. The Head of School works closely with the Board of Governors, faculty, parents, and the broader community to ensure the school’s success and continued growth.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
A Post Graduate degree in education or a related field.
15 years of experience in educational leadership, including roles such as Principal, Vice Principal, or Director; with 15 years of teaching experience in an international school setting.
NPHQ or Certified training on School Leadership and Administration.
Certification in the Cambridge International Curriculum.
Familiarity with the British National Curriculum frameworks.
Proven track record of successful school leadership and improvement.
Knowledge of educational trends, best practices, and innovative teaching methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, parents, and the community.
Exceptional organisational and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with budgeting and financial management will be an added advantage.
