    Head of Sales

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
    • Provide direct leadership and mentorship roles for the sales team.
    • Track and evaluate business development plans and efforts.
    • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s growth.
    • Research competitors and monitor market trends and provide suggestions for improvement.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
    • Provide advisory support to customers.
    • Acquisition and retention of customer and increasing property acquisition rate.
    • Set goals and motivate your team to surpass them.
    • Prepare monthly performance report and quarterly strategic business.

    Person Specification

    • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline.
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience with 3 years of experience in similar role in the real estate industry.
    • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
    • Strong business acumen and exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in stockbroking and negotiating skills.
    • Effective coaching and mentoring abilities.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
