Summary

• As our client continue to expand, they are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Sales to build and lead a world-class sales department.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Develop strong customer relationships and partnerships across relevant sectors (e.g., music studios, event centres, schools, churches).
• Identify new market opportunities and oversee market research initiatives.
• Work closely with marketing to align promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Track and monitor sales performance metrics, providing detailed reports to management.
• Analyse customer needs and feedback to support product development and inventory decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Music Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience in sales management, in the music/audio equipment or consumer electronics industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM (Customer Relation Management) tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Passionate about music, instruments, or sound engineering is a strong advantage.

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
