    Head of Sales

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Head of Sales Team to lead, manage, and scale our sales operations. This role is key to driving new business, strengthening client relationships, and building a high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in software application sales, with hands-on experience in selling ERP or SaaS solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Team Leadership

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets.
    • Set individual and team performance goals and monitor progress regularly.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Sales Strategy

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet company objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities and channels for business growth.
    • Work closely with senior management to align sales efforts with company vision.

    Client Engagement

    • Oversee key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
    • Support the sales team during complex negotiations and high-value opportunities.
    • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

    Operations & Reporting

    • Track sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
    • Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the executive team.
    • Ensure proper use and maintenance of CRM tools and sales documentation.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales, with at least 2 years leading a sales team.
    • Strong background in B2B technology sales, especially ERP or Odoo-based solutions.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Odoo CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
