Head of Project at Basscomm Group Limited

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP/ELVS aspects of projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and specifications.
• Lead project Team selection including Sub contractor selection and negotiation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks proactively.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 year experience in MEP/ELVS project management, preferably in Engineering sector.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering MEP/ELVS projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
