This is a full-time hybrid role as the Head of Programs and Sales. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as overseeing program development and implementation, managing a sales team, and driving sales strategies to meet targets. The role is primarily located in Kaduna.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and evaluation of our various programs.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of program strategies and initiatives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making recommendations for improvements.
Prepare and present detailed reports on program performance.
Lead in the preparation of program budgets and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Deep understanding of local contexts within Kaduna
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Insurance, or related field.
Proven experience in program management, preferably in the agri-insurtech sector.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in Account Management and Team Management
Proven track record in driving sales and meeting performance targets
Strong leadership abilities
2+ Years experience in programs in the sustainability sector or similar role
Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership building
