Head of Pharmaceutical at Changeroom

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor pharmaceutical sales representatives to maximize their performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback and guidance to the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• Master's Degree in Pharmacy an added advantage.
• 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical sales, 5 years must be in managerial level.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
