Head of Payment

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to meet and exceed annual targets with a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and performance data to refine strategies and maximize impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in payments, digital banking, or fintech solutions, with
- leadership roles in wallet and payment product management.
- Proven track record of driving payment service adoption and transaction growth.
