    Head of Operations

    Location: Garki, Abuja

    Responsibilities

    • Increase profitability, revenue and growth of the company.
    • Increase in productivity of the company - Turnaround time, accuracy and income.
    • Cost-effectiveness and management of company resources.
    • Involved in the development of new outlets in line with expansion plans
    • Serves as company’s first level compliance officer
    • Periodic customer satisfaction survey.
    • Improve customer service delivery within the organisation
    • Responsible for planning, directing and co-ordinating operations and administrative functions.
    • To be responsible for the company’s day-to-day operational activities.
    • SOP development – Periodic review and update of SOPs.
    • Monitor adherence to SOP and Quality assurance standards.
    • Business and strategic direction for the organisation.
    • Develop service level agreement between the various departments.
    • Periodic reporting of work activities to management.
    • Coordinate departmental activities and ensure staff efficiency is at optimum.
    • Monitor and evaluate team members performance and effectiveness at work.
    • Ensure supervision and training of staff to ensure set targets are met
    • Staff development and management – Timely performance reviews.
    • Responsible for the monitoring and supervision of the company’s departmental heads.
    • Providing on-the-job training for all staff.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree in the Sciences.
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience within the healthcare sector.
    • Experience in policy formulation and strategic planning.
    • Work experience within an ISO environment would be an added advantage.
    • An MBA would be an added advantage.
