Job Summary

• As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing daily business operations, supervising teams, and ensuring efficient coordination between departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow
• Manage production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure optimal performance
• Develop and implement operational policies and strategies for improved productivity
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc /  HND qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields
• 5 - 7 years’ proven experience in operations management, preferably in food, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 monthly.
