Role Description

• This is a full-time, hybrid role of Head of Operations with the Mobility Unit of Sterling Bank.
• The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, and ensuring efficient and effective processes.
• This role will require working both in the HQ located in Lagos and some remote work.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
