Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in operations management, preferably within health-tech, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
• Proven experience driving operational innovation, process optimization, and technology integration.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and developing teams to achieve ambitious operational goals.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulatory compliance, and digital health solutions.
