Head of Operations at Nairametrics

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring processes are efficient and align with business objectives.
• Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures to improve productivity and achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows and maintain high standards of performance.
• Represent the organization in external forums, industry events, and business partnerships, promoting the company\\\'s reputation and interests.
• Provide strategic input to leadership and support in decision-making processes.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment through strong leadership and effective communication.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in management, Business administration, or any related field.
• 7- 10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. 
• Proven experience in managing teams, projects, and cross-functional collaborations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving operational excellence.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of operational processes is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the media industry is a plus.
