Purpose of the Role

We are an innovative company focused on developing technology-driven solutions that enhance digital and real- world interactions. Our flagship product is a cutting-edge C2C platform revolutionizing event discovery, creation, and participation across smart TVs, mobile phones, and desktops.

As Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in scaling products by optimizing operational processes, expanding into new markets, and ensuring seamless cross-platform functionality. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who ensures that nothing falls through the cracks while translating the CEO’s vision into tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and scalability for product.
• Capable of overseeing multiple projects and providing critical feedback on their direction to ensure alignment with business goals
• Oversee cross-functional teams across product development, marketing, and user engagement to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive market expansion initiatives, identifying and executing growth opportunities.
• Provide critical insights and feedback on the direction of all company projects, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Enhance platform functionality by collaborating with product and engineering teams to optimize user experience across devices.
• Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to inform decision-making and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for operational excellence.

• Proven leadership experience in operations, preferably in a tech-driven or platform-based company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, product management, & IT or a related field.
• BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information system Management or a related discipline.
• Experience with scaling digital platforms and managing cross-functional teams will be an added advantage.
