Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Pay: 350K Net

A world class integrated services for Oil and Gas operations with an impressive record of project management delivery is looking to hire a skilled Head of Operations with 4+ years proven experience to oversee the smooth running of daily activities across functions such as finance, IT and regulatory compliance. To be successful in this role, you should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and a broad knowledge of the business. You should also be committed to productivity and compliance.

Job Roles:

• Formulate business strategy with the executive team
• Design policies that align with overall strategy
• Implement efficient processes and standards
• Ensure customer retention
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
• Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

Job Requirements

• Bsc. in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management or other relevant courses
• Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Manager etc
• Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT
• Experience with automating systems
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Good with numbers and financial planning
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership ability
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent use of MS Office
• Problem-solving aptitude
