Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Nursing based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Head of Nursing will oversee daily nursing operations, develop and implement nursing policies, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and manage nursing staff.
• The role involves strategic planning for nursing services, quality improvement initiatives, and coordination with other medical departments to ensure excellent patient care.
• The individual will be responsible for fostering a compassionate and efficient nursing environment while promoting professional development and continuous education among nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Nursing and Medicine
• Experience in Strategic Planning and Quality Improvement
• Understanding of Mental Health
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Experience in a similar role within a hospital setting is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license
