REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in law 
• LLM is an added advantage
• At least 5 years proved work experience of post corp.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, business and property law.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion
• Good understanding of general and specific company and commercial law
• Excellent team working ability to ensure smooth operation in the legal unit
