    Head of Kitchen & Central Operations

    Summary: 

    You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our central production facilities, including production planning, inventory control, quality assurance, and food safety. You will be a strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement, driving efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest quality standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement operational plans and procedures for the Factory and Central Kitchen.
    • Oversee production schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective fulfilment of orders for all outlets.
    • Manage inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
    • Implement and maintain strict quality assurance and food safety standards across both facilities.
    • Lead and motivate a team of production staff, ensuring proper training and development.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
    • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies.
    • Manage budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
    • Maintain a safe and clean working environment that complies with all health and safety regulations.
    • Liaise with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure production aligns with overall business objectives.
    • Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the QSR or food production industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing central production facilities.
    • Excellent operational skills with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and quality.
    • Experience in developing and implementing operational plans and procedures.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
