    Your duties will include the following;

    • Receiving bulk orders and efficiently assigning cooks to fulfil said orders in a timely manner
    • Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are well stocked
    • Ensuring all items needed for events are complete and accurate
    • Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
    • Delegating various tasks to the appropriate kitchen staff
    • Assigning various tasks to the correct staff to ensure optimal kitchen operations
    • Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise.
    • Keep the Manager informed of low inventory conditions as well as maintain accurate inventory levels and take periodic product inventory
    • Perform other duties and assignments as directed
    • Should reside in Lagos, preferably on the island.


    Experience in the food/catering business is a MUST!!!
