Job Description

• We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Infrastructure / IT Operations Manager to lead our client’s infrastructure strategy, technology operations, and service reliability function.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable technology platforms that support business growth, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the infrastructure and IT operations roadmap.
• Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud, network, and systems operations.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of critical platforms.
• Manage infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and service improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
• Drive operational resilience and technology scalability.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives.
• Manage technology vendors, service providers, and operational SLAs.
• Build and develop a high-performing infrastructure and operations team.

Candidate Profile:

• A technology leader with strong infrastructure expertise and proven experience managing mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Related technology discipline

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, MBA, or related field.

Experience:

• 8–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, systems administration, network management, or technology operations leadership.
