Responsible for the strategic design, implementation, installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, aligning with our growth goals, including networks, servers, cloud services, and more
Develop and implement disaster recovery, business continuity, and security measures to safeguard data, critical systems, and ensure compliance
Generate reports, present infrastructure performance to executives, and conduct security audits, including vulnerability assessments
Provide leadership to the infrastructure team by managing recruitment, goal setting, performance reviews, and fostering professional development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and maintain processes, controls, and documentation for ISO certification, focusing on ISO 27001 for information security management
Lead ISO audit preparations and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our ISO certification efforts
Promote innovation and stay informed about emerging technologies, industry standards, and regulation.
Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in infrastructure management (on-premise microservices) with 5+ years in a leadership role
Excellent expertise in IT infrastructure technologies and proficiency in implementing Microservices, Kubernetes, Linux, and Cisco firewall
Strong skills in team leadership, people management, and utilizing project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
Proficient in documentation, reporting, and professional communication
Analytical mindset adept at identifying and resolving complex IT infrastructure issues
Results-oriented focus on performance enhancement and operational efficiency.
