Job Description

• Deals with routine requests for price quotes or delivery dates and passes any technical queries from sales representatives or customers to the appropriate departments.
• Update sales representatives on orders or deliveries.
• Takes care of distributors/customers’ pre-sales and post-sales relationships. Processing of customer orders, providing answers to customers’ questions, and works with the logistics team in organising and delivery of finished goods after sales have been concluded.
• Prompt processing of customers’ sales orders through effective liaison with accounts, Quality, Stores and Production units.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
