    Head of Finance

    Role Overview:

    • The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and drive strategic financial planning. This role is crucial to Landmark’s continued growth and success, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Leadership: Lead the finance team in delivering high-performance results aligned with corporate goals.
    • Audit & Compliance: Ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax and statutory obligations.
    • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop annual budgets, manage liquidity, and provide insights for strategic decision-making on projects and funding.
    • Internal Controls: Evaluate and enhance internal financial controls, particularly around payment procedures.
    • Reporting & Analysis: Deliver comprehensive financial reports to management and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with proven leadership and management experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
    • Expertise in financial strategy, planning, analysis, and compliance.
    • Strong skills in financial software, modeling, and regulatory knowledge.

    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to make sound decisions on capital management, investments, and growth strategies.
    • Leadership: Proven track record in leading high-performing teams.
    • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
