    Head of Enterprise Sales

    The role:

    • The Head of Enterprise sales is responsible for business development, sourcing new leads, onboarding, and managing B2B customer relationships.
    • You will lead sales strategy and execution for all B2B clients, develop market and competitive assessments to identify and drive new opportunities.
    • Reporting to the General Manager, you should be sound in software sales, previously managed brands, proficient in the use of sales tools for lead generation, sold corporate products and well experienced in managing a sales team.

    • To succeed you will have to be an achiever, face significant competition, have high work ethics, strong emotional and sales intelligence, a deep understanding on building and controlling a defined sales process, have strong networking skills and are able to position and pitch compelling sales arguments.

    What you will be doing:

    • Lead enterprise sales strategy and execution for all B2B clients (Tier 1 brands)
    • Develop market and competitive assessments to identify and drive new opportunities.
    • Develop new relationships with industry key executive decision-makers.
    • Create a plan to consistently deliver against assigned quota/targets.
    • Manage, inspire, and motivate a client-facing and high-performing team.
    • Assess the needs of our clients and gather feedback to improve upon existing products/services.
    • Co-pitch top opportunities with sales team, role-modelling ambitious, customer-centric selling
    • Work closely with our product and brand strategy team to develop engaging and relevant digital and printed material to assist in customer acquisition and retention.
    • Lead all data analysis related to B2B sales - extract and analyse data to investigate strategic business challenges or opportunities, identify issues and deliver data-focused recommendations.
    • Ownership of B2B business-level reporting, defining and quantifying core business metrics
    • Demonstrate the ability to create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client’s organization from CEO and C-Level staff down.
    • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations.
    • Maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction within the accounts in your purview

    What we are looking for in a candidate:

    • Degree in Business/Economics or Sales
    • MBA qualification is an added advantage
    • 10+ years of relevant experience gained in a B2B technology related sales role (FMCG, Financial Institution, and or Telecommunications)
    • Reputation across the industry (Fintech, FMCG, Ecommerce) and established relationships with clients
    • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and solid business judgment
    • Strong understanding of performance, data, and measurement landscapes, with demonstrated experience using data and trends to develop winning strategies
    • Strong focus on operational excellence by having introduced new performance measures, processes, and systems.
    • Proven sales expertise, with a track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets
    • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
    • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
