The Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) will lead the development and execution of an enterprise risk management framework and strategy to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the company. This full-time, on-site role based in Lagos involves monitoring financial and market risks, conducting risk assessments, implementing robust control measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires providing guidance to leadership on risk-related matters and fostering a risk-aware culture within the organization to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management and Financial Risk Management
Strong Market Risk expertise and Finance knowledge
Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to assess and interpret complex financial data
Experience in developing and implementing risk frameworks and compliance strategies
Proven leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications like CFA, FRM, or PRM are an added advantage)
Strong understanding of Nigerian regulatory frameworks and the financial services industry
