    Head of Digital Sales

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • The Head of Digital Sales will be responsible for converting leads generated from the company’s digital and social media platforms, website forms, and corresponding emails from those platforms, by development a structured means of generating (with the support of Marketing and Corporate Communications team at the company), nurturing and closing out on those leads.
    • He or She will manage and develop sales executives to hit and exceed sales goals on a monthly & quarterly basis for our digital marketing solutions.
    • He or She increases prospects’ awareness and understanding of the company’s products to increase new customer signings and expand usage of existing customers via digital channels.
    • Partner with marketing campaign coordinators to maximize online and digital marketing’s impact on revenue.
    • Partner with sales to ensure marketing campaigns and events resonate with company’s existing customers and prospects via online channels.
    • Engage the appropriate technical resources as necessary.
    • Facilitate trainings encompassing all digital products utilizing the current sales process.
    • Motivate the digital sales force through recognition, sales contests, and promoting top performing accounts.
    • Data management, including tracking of the current sales forecast, proposals/quotes outstanding, orders received, renewal rates, and additional relevant data from digital channels.
    • To create new leads, and thoroughly qualify leads & sales opportunities from the company’s digital channels including but not limited to website, email, social media challenges.
    • Develop a fact and data-based understanding of the digital sales funnel for a product or set of products.
    • Conduct weekly and monthly reports to senior management on sales targets, enquiries, and clients’ feedback from digital channels.
    • Ensure collections of sales proceeds in a timely and efficient manager
    • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing digital customers by leveraging digital tools.
    • Researching competitors’ products, pricing and product success and advising management on innovation measures to foster sales.
    • Supporting the commercial strategy team in working with PMIs to collaborate on home acquisition financing products for the company’s digital customers.
    • Support the mortgage team in credit profiling, and the development and application of a list of criteria that will allow the company to adequately profile and pre-qualify customers for alternative financing products e.g., rent to own, housing solution fund, NHF etc.

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Understand the real estate market and needs of domestic customers.
    • Have significant and demonstrable experience with digital sales and marketing channels.
    • Familiarity with the country real estate brokerage marke
    • Understanding of the business/sales strategies of the company and of real estate industries.
    • Should possess strong communication skills, digital skills, and tech skills.
    • Access to Primary Mortgage Institution (PMI) relationships and ability to develop a strong and healthy pipeline of digital leads for real estate sales through the Primary Mortgage Institution market segment and customer base.
    • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably major in marketing or business administration, technology focusing on marketing/sales.
    • 6-8 years of experience in real estate sales, especially in the domestic Market
    • Proven record of sales management success
    • Extensive experience creating online sales materials.
    • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and ability to develop polished sales presentations.
