    Head of Digital

    The Head of Digital will take lead on all digital projects. He/she will work with the strategy director to plan, execute and track digital campaigns that resonate and can be converted into measurable outcomes.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Actively drive and shape the digital transformation efforts at the organization.
    • Assist in the creation of integrated marketing campaigns and promotions, with the aim of driving online aspects of campaigns
    • Analyze data, monitor digital marketing campaigns and evaluate results
    • Oversee the leads generation process, from both online channels
    • Actively contribute to new business pitches
    • Work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Product, UX/UI, support, data, client teams) to optimize reach and conversions across campaigns
    • Lead performance marketing strategy (optimization for and experimentation on Google Adwords Search, Re-marketing, Facebook ads Campaigns, referral marketing)
    • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns; and retention strategies
    • Prepare and present recommendations, dashboards, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level
    • Conduct market research, digital audits and competitive monitoring on behalf of clients
    • Marketing Analytics- Prepare and deliver presentations and measuring the impact and effectiveness of past promotional campaigns
    • Social Media Analytics- Employ analytics to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.). Also create reports on social media marketing and other metrics

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of relevant work experience
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage relationships with internal/external customers to resolve issues
    • Good communicator
    • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
    • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
