Head of Customer Service

- Experience 5 - 10 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service
- Salary Range ₦400,000 - ₦500,000/month
Our client, a property development company is in need of the above role.

The Head of Customer Service will responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring that customers receive a positive experience with the company.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service professionals
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and other customer service software
