Head of Credit Risk at WorQulture

Responsibilities

• Keep track of relevant laws and regulations that affect finance houses such as CBN circulars and guidelines, NFIU guidelines and so on.
• Oversee team members and ensure compliance with all process workflows and processes
• Ensuring company policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic preparation of credit reports.
• Ensure the periodic uploads on ICAD are done in an effective manner.
• Conducting regular audits and tests to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance measures.
• Providing guidance to the company's management on compliance matters.
• Reporting and filing of suspicious transactions to NFIU.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy laws, especially with customer information.
• Preparation and filing of Form 302 for credit processing.
• Supervise and ensure compliance to Central Bank of Nigeria requirement before disbursement.
• Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities, reports, and training.

Requirements

• MInimum of a BSc Degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 6 years of experience
• ICAN certification is mandatory
• Experience in a Finance firm is mandatory.
