    Head of Community

    • We require the service of Head of Community. You will be responsible for working with leaders of different cell in developing and implementing strategies to build and strengthen the church community and leaders, including creating a strategy for following up mechanisms and church growth.

    Job responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies to build and strengthen the church community
    • Create a strategy of following up mechanisms and church growth
    • Reach out to new and old members constantly via phone calls and SMS to enhance follow-up within the church
    • Visit old and new members
    • Send bulk SMS and WhatsApp blasts to all members and first-timers every week
    • Update the church's database (phone numbers, emails, IG accounts) regularly and promptly
    • Develop and submit a weekly report on the church's growth and engagement
    • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
    • Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members
    • Work with the church staff to develop and implement new programs and initiatives
    • Collaborate with other community organizations to build relationships and promote the church's mission.

    Qualifications/requirement

    • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
    • 5-10 years of experience in community management function in a faith-based organization/ church or NGO
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
