Job Summary
- The Head of Business Development is responsible for driving business growth by developing strategies to increase the company's loan portfolio, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with corporate and individual customers.
- This role will lead business acquisition initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to the achievement of the company's revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Growth: Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's customer base and loan portfolio while identifying new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines with 1 - 2 years working experience.
