    Head of Business Development - Advertising & Implementation Service

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our Advertising & Implementation Services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our client base, driving revenue, leading a high-performing team, and positioning us as a top-tier provider of branding and signage solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ability to develop and execute a growth-focused business development strategy tailored to the branding and signage market.
    • Ability to identify and convert high-value business opportunities through targeted prospecting, strategic partnerships, and client engagement.
    • Ability to lead end-to-end sales efforts—from client outreach and proposal development to negotiations and deal closure.
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
    • Ability to maintain a strong pipeline and drive consistent revenue through effective relationship management and repeat business.
    • Ability to represent the company at industry events, pitch meetings, and client presentations with confidence and strategic insight.
    • Ability to lead, coach, and inspire the business development team toward meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional client service.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Proven track record (7+ years) in business development or sales within the branding, signage, advertising, or creative industry.
    • Strong strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
    • In-depth understanding of branding concepts, signage solutions, and client delivery expectations.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus), with a performance-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
