Job Summary
- You will own col's full commercial mandate - business development, key account management, oricing strategy, trade lane expansion, and team leadership - reporting directly to the MD.
What you'll do
- Drive revenue growth across sea freight, air freight & bonded terminal services
- Bulld and manage relationships with shipping lines, port stakeholders & major clients
- Lead and mentor a business development and operations team
- Own the commercial pipeline, margin optimisation and market expansion
What we're looking for
- 5 years in freight forwarding or shipping in Nigeria
- Proven track record of business growth with measurable results
- Deep knowledge of Nigerian ports, NGS procedures & CRFFN regulations
- Strong commercial acumen and team leadership skills
- Nigerian national.
