    Head of Admin/Customer Relations

    Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing internal administrative roles and customer interface.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handling the hotline and liaising with Clients
    • Responding to customer enquiries and ensuring their requests are addressed
    • Handling Invoicing and keeping accurate records
    • Ensure smooth and efficient running of the day to day activities
    • Managing internal administrative processes and ensuring procedures are followed
    • Overseeing the activities of personnel assigned
    • Provide reports and update as may be required from time to time

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field
    • At least 3 years’ experience as Customer Service Representative or similar role
    • Preferably someone with experience preferably in quick restaurant service (QSR) or hospitality
    • Excellent interpersonal/verbal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness and openness to learn
    • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
    • Ability with little or no supervision
    • Knowledge of administrative procedures
    • Report writing skills
    • Organisational and administrative skills
    • Team spirit, good work ethics, and work culture
    • Entrepreneurship mindset

    Hours: Business operates 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
