    Head, Human Resources

    Direct Reporting Line: Executive Director (Personnel & Admin)

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 15 years cognate experience
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as 'Head, HR' in a commercial organisation with a sizeable number of expatriates
    • A reasonable work period as a Manager in a reputable multi-national enterprise
    • Very hands-on with Microsoft Excel
    • At home with at least 1 well-known ERP software
    • Minimum of a Masters Degree (preferably MBA) in a relevant discipline
    • Possession of a relevant Doctorate Degree will be an advantage
    • 35-48 years of age.

    Compensation Package
