    Head, Human Resources and Admin

    Job Requirements / Skills

    • First Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
    • 5 - 7 years’ work experience.
    • Previous administrative experience is essential.
    • Familiarity with Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
    • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, development and training
    • Good understanding of built Industry
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Organizational skills
    • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
    • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
    • Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel,etc
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

    Salary
    N1,800,000 - N2,400,000 annually
