    Head, Fixed Line Business

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead our Fixed Line Retail Business, covering all business locations.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through FTTx and WTTx technologies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the Fixed Line team to achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets.
    • Ensure effective cold calling, funnel creation, and pipeline management to meet business objectives.
    • Drive customer retention through proactive relationship management and efficient issue resolution.
    • Formulate and implement quarterly/yearly business plans.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely installations and effective post-sales support.
    • Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance targets.
    • Regularly train and upskill the direct sales team.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers and HNW clients.
    • Manage and negotiate deals in both B2C and B2B environments.

    Requirements

    • A Graduate or Postgraduate Degree is required.
    • Candidates with a technical background (Engineering diploma/degree) will be given preference.
    • 12 - 15 years of relevant work experience in the Telecom sector (Mobile or ISP) with a focus on 4G LTE and FTTx.
    • Prior experience managing Direct Sales teams (10+ DSEs) in a B2C environment.
    • Proven track record in Direct Selling, Relationship Management, and Revenue Generation.
    • Strong experience negotiating and closing deals in a B2B environment.
