Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Ensure all new business/product to be deployed have a well-thought-out service design, documented and operationalized. All stakeholders are well informed.
- Monitor transaction trends to identify uptime patterns and engage internal stakeholders to fix any channel uptime challenges to optimize and reduce service failures.
- The merchant/partner total experience during go-to-market / deployment should be well planned and seamless. Achieving first time success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, HND with 4 - 10 years experience.
- Strictly for FINTECH candidates.
