Job Description
- Prepare, cut, trim and package consumer-sized portions of meat for use or sale.
- Prepare special cut of meat as ordered by customers.
- Cut, trim, bone, tie and grind meats such as beef, pork, poultry and fish.
- Work with otherteam members in achieving departmentsales target.
