    Head, Business Development

    Job Summary

    • As the Head of Business Development, your role encompasses driving strategic growth initiatives, fostering client relationships, and overseeing the development of business opportunities. This position demands a seasoned professional with a demonstrable track record in business expansion, client acquisition, and strategic leadership to effectively guide the business development team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Explore innovative avenues for revenue generation within the equity market.
    • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with institutional and retail clients.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies based on comprehensive market analysis.
    • Offer expert guidance on equity investments, market trends, and risk management.
    • Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their investment portfolios.
    • Identify and communicate emerging investment opportunities within the stock market.
    • Collaborate with research teams to deliver valuable insights to clients.
    • Ensure the delivery of exceptional service to uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Remain abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.

    Requirements

    • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Professional certifications such as CIS or CFA are highly advantageous.
    • Possess a proven track record with 4-5 years of sales experience within the equity industry.
    • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of equity markets, financial instruments, and investment strategies.
    • Exhibit strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
