Job Summary

• Our client is looking for a commercially astute Head of Business Development to spearhead client acquisition, deepen key accounts, and grow revenue across the engineering consultancy's service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead proposal development, bid management, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client meetings.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA an advantage).
• 8-10 years of business development experience, ideally in engineering / technical services.
• Demonstrable track record of winning and growing major accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with senior-level engagement.
