We are seeking a well organised candidate who will develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objective.
Key Responsibilities
Directly in charge of carrying out changes to operational plans according to company policies and structure.
Implement best practices in the areas of quoting, binding and underwriting.
Directly in charge of resolving issues, such as complaints from policyholders and agents related to all service requests.
Supervise and lead the policy processing team
Oversee the preparation of all NAICOM reports
Manage the prompt processing of client's claims, renewals and new businesses.
Initiate new business opportunities
Requirements
B.Sc in Insurance or related discipline
MSc is an added advantage
Associate member of CIIN is preferred.
Candidate must have a minimum of 6-10 years working experience in the Insurance Industry
