Head Bar-Man at Black Hill

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barman to lead our bar team and elevate our guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of  the bar, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement creative cocktail menus and drink specials.
• Train, mentor, and manage bar staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Barman or in a similar role in a high-volume, upscale environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
