    Head, Acquisition and Logistics Management

    Job Purpose

    • The Head, Acquisition and Management (Logistics) will lead strategic initiatives that drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize partnerships.
    • This position is responsible for acquiring and coordinating cost-effective Q-Commerce logistics partners.
    • You will contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in onboarding Q-commerce logistics partners, strategy development, and effective management of industry partnerships.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Formulate and execute a comprehensive logistics acquisition and management strategy to onboard logistics partners.
    • Lead efforts to identify and onboard strategic partnerships with logistics providers and carriers.
    • Develop and implement initiatives to optimize logistics operations, including route planning, inventory management, and distribution processes.
    • Utilize technology and data analytics to drive efficiency and reduce operational costs.
    • Oversee negotiations and establish mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
    • Manage the onboarding process.
    • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure commodities move in a timely manner to meet contractual obligations and customer needs.
    • Oversee the entire management of the logistics partners.

    Requirements Special Skills And Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
    • 8-10 years Q-commerce logistics acquisition experience or similar role.
    • Experience formulating strategies and managing logistics partner account.
    • Strong understanding of logistics operations and industry trends.
    • Client Onboarding experience
    • Customer Support and project management experience.
