We are seeking an experienced Lace Ventilator to join our team as a Contract Staff.
As a ventilator, you will be responsible for making high quality HD lace closures, frontals and wigs ensuring they meet the company’s standards.
Responsibilities
Hand ventilate hair strands onto HD lace wig caps.
Ensure quality and consistency in hair ventilation, following company standards.
Select and blend hair strands to match specified colors and textures.
Handle lace materials with care to prevent damage during ventilation.
Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a HD Lace Ventilator, with a strong portfolio of work
Expertise in lace ventilation techniques and processes
Ability to create customized lace products according to specifications.
Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in lace ventilation.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Other things to note:
Working days are Mondays - Saturdays, 9am - 6pm and you’re only required to work from the office on Thursdays and one other day of the week (total of 2 days)
